The room was spacious and tidy. The bathroom had been recently renovated. Netflix was available on the TV. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained. The staff was helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with accurate images. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes away from a metro station. There was also a supermarket just around the corner, as well as the beautiful Casa Vicens nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the spacious room had a full-length window leading out onto a balcony, providing ample natural light. the room was well-equipped with a big fridge, microwave, and coffee percolator. the comfortable bed and good shower added to the pleasant stay. the rooftop pool was a nice feature, and I even used the treadmill in the gym. the efficient air conditioning and silent ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. the hotel's location was convenient, with the R1 bus route starting nearby.

The hotel's fixtures were slightly dated and could use some updating. this was a minor issue that did not greatly affect the overall quality of the stay.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of some restaurants and the bus station. The room is spacious with a full-length window leading out onto a balcony, providing a well-lit space. Guests can enjoy the big bed and shower, as well as the big fridge with freezer and microwave. The hotel even offers a pool on the top level and a gym with a treadmill. The street where the hotel is situated may be a little isolated, but security is not an issue.

The fixtures in the room and bathroom are a bit dated.

The man at the front desk was courteous! He helped us with our luggage and ensured our car was safely parked inside the gates. He even waited for us when we went out to grab some beverages. The service at Capital O Cancun Ocean View was one of the best we experienced during our trip. Thank you for the warm welcome and helpfulness! The room was reasonably quiet and spacious. The hotel also had a pool and gym, great amenities. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and there were outlets near the bed. Plus, the hotel is located in an interesting local area where we got to see the real Cancun. It's close to the bus station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the opportunity to buy inexpensive mangos and experience the local culture. The hotel offered good value for the price.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and accommodating staff, the rooftop gym and pool, and the free tea, coffee, and cookies. Great value for money!
